NYFW: Evening on 5th Ave.

top: BB Dakota (under $100) | skirt: Splendid | shoes: Joie | bag: Furla (also in pink here, black here) | watch: MICHELE (c/o) | bracelets: David Yurman | earrings: Nicola Bathie (c/o)

Leather and lace are two of my fall essentials, and for night two in NYC, I wore this lace top and faux leather mini skirt combo. I, of course, had to add a pop of color somewhere in the outfit, so I wore these pink velvet heels (side note: they come off a little more red in the photos above, but they are truly more deep pink/magenta in person) to complete the look! For accessories, I kept things neutral and chic by wearing this petite white crossbody bag and these Nicola Bathie earrings.

On this particular night, we had the most delicious dinner at the Ralph Lauren Polo Bar. I had been dying to visit this restaurant ever since it opened, and it did not disappoint at all. The atmosphere is gorgeous and so cozy with beautiful wood ceilings, lush leather seating, and eye-catching equestrian art everywhere. The charming decor makes you feel as if you have just stepped into Ralph Lauren's home and are getting to sit down for a meal in his dining room. I highly recommend making a reservation here if you are ever in NYC!

P.s. One of the less glamorous sides of traveling is wrinkled clothes... please excuse the not-so-pretty creases in this leather skirt! If anyone has any special tricks for getting wrinkles out of leather, please share! :)

Couldn't have been more thankful to have two of my high school besties in NYC with me this weekend!
