Now that April is here and the temperatures are warming up a good bit in Alabama, two things I am constantly on the hunt for are lightweight tops and breezy shorts. I was so excited when I found this essential tank from Nordstrom (under $50) that comes in 10 different colors. It's the perfect basic to mix and match with shorts, skirts, and jeans year round. I really love the swingy, flowy style of it. Another one of my favorite recent finds are these green linen shorts (under $100). Because I love wearing white tops (and if I'm being honest, my closet is home to a few too many white tops), I'm always looking for shorts in other colors (green, blue, pink, black, etc). These shorts are high waisted (I don't think you can tell in the photos) and are perfect to wear with more cropped style tops for spring/summer.
A few weeks ago I was introduced to Little Fish Boateak, and I have completely fallen in love with Lissy Rawl's (owner + designer) jewelry, including this bracelet and this necklace (how pretty are the blush + gold beads!) that I am wearing with this outfit! She makes some of the most beautiful, one of a kind pieces inspired by the coast. Lissy is lucky to call Hilton Head Island home, and I love the nautical charm that shines through each of her bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. I especially love all the color she uses in her jewelry! See more and shop here! This piece is also one of my favorites!
