Last week I had the joy of going to the Hampden Clothing Trunk Show with my sister and seeing/shopping their gorgeous clothes and and accessories! For those of you unfamiliar with Hampden, it is a super chic boutique in Charleston, South Carolina, that carries some of my very favorite brands like Tibi, See by Chloe, Stella McCartney, Proenza Schouler, Rag and Bone, Zimmermann, and so many more. Although I have not personally had the opportunity to visit Hampden's store in Charleston, I had heard so many great things about Hampden from friends, and I was SO excited they chose to come to Birmingham and host a Pop Up Shop! Now that I have seen a peek at all their great brands and items, I am dying to take a trip to Charleston and see even more of their beautiful things!
My sister and I had the best time playing dress up in all the stunning designer pieces, and we were so lucky to have Stacy, the owner and founder of Hampden, there to help us and show us their prettiest new things! Stacy is actually the one that gave me the idea to pair this cute top with pink jeans, and I am so glad she did because I absolutely love the combination of the two items. The soft pink color of the jeans pulls out the pastel colors in the top, and I think they make the cutest pair! This graphic tee popped out at me at first glance, not only because I adore the See by Chloe brand, but also because the colors are so perfect for Spring. I love the pastel colors, soft cotton fabric, and graphic design of the tee. I know it will be something I will be continually be wearing again and again over the coming months for an easy and casual outfit. Never underestimate the power of a graphic tee, because I think they may actually be some of the most worn items in my closet!
p.s. The greatest thing about Hampden Clothing is that they have an awesome online shop where you can browse and purchase all their pretty clothes and accessories right from home. See more here! I am in LOVE with this dress currently, and I definitely wouldn't complain if these sneakers appeared in my closet. :) Also, just saw that they have this geometric gown I illustrated (see right- more illustrations here)!
